Katie oversees a range of programs which empower women to take up a career in trades. Katie had just earned her Masters qualification in Human Rights at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), London when she moved to Melbourne and took up her role at Tradeswomen Australia. Prior to this she spent four years in program management, development, and delivery in the not-for-profit sector in the City of London. Katie brings a social justice lens to the issue of increasing the representation of women from a diversity of backgrounds in trades.
Katie believes that developing meaningful relationships is a catalyst for creating larger societal change and has practised these skills throughout her career.
