As part of our Workplace Diversity Project, we will be running a range of round table sessions with people working in the automotive industry, stakeholders, and women currently working in the trade.
During these sessions, we will be gathering feedback and insight into the barriers workshops and the automotive industry face when it comes to the positive mental health of employees, diversity, and overall workplace culture.
This feedback will enable us to develop a customised program to support workshops during the current and future climate that will support the automotive industry to thrive and create an industry white paper reporting on these issues.
