Ruth Palmer is a well-known business leader in the Northern Territory. With a Masters of Business Administration and over seven years of experience as Executive Director of the Property Council of Australia, she has become an adept and strategic leader in membership-based organisations. She previously served as a Shadow Policy Adviser for Women’s Policy in her previous political career.
Ruth has a strong commitment to the Property Council’s Women in Property Program and is a driving force behind it. Ruth promotes the importance of diversity and inclusion in the property sector, works with national mentoring programmes, and is running a committee for diversity in the Northern Territory.
Ruth was named by NT News as the 45th Most Powerful Territorian in 2021 and the 18th Most Powerful Territorian Woman most recently, with over 250 media mentions per year.
