Dr Tanya Paterson
Workplace Diversity Officer (Tasmania)
Dr Tanya Paterson has worked in the gender equity arena for many years across Australia, including TAFE NSW Women’s unit, NSW State Rail, Victoria University and the Department of Education and Training. She has a doctorate in Organisational Behaviour and is the author of Women in Vocational Education and Training.
Tanya now resides in Northwest Tasmania and works with Tradeswomen Australia to increase diversity and inclusion in workplaces and encourage women’s participation in trades.
