With 10 years of construction and related trades experience, and a double degree in Construction Management and Design (Architecture), Sarah Curley has enjoyed success on large multi-million dollar to small commercial projects working in Project Management, Estimating and Contracts Administration. Completing her studies in Administration, Technology and Business Management, Sarah is an award winning business administrator with extensive experience in office management, personal assistance and accounting in a wide range of fields. Utilising her experience and educational skills, Sarah passed on her knowledge to support, train and guide future construction managers, architects and tradespeople. Specialising in research, engineering, civil and architectural design fields, coupled with her construction experience, Sarah has extensive experience in working in male-dominated environments. A true empath with a creative mind, she consistently advocates for a people-first approach, innovation and continuous improvement in organisations. She is passionate in utilising her experience in business, industry and trades to create real change in gender equity within male-dominated industries to ensure women not only gain meaningful employment but are also provided with the right support systems and environment throughout their careers.
