Communications & Marketing Officer

Alison is an experienced and formally qualified marketing practitioner with a background in sales, media, digital and print publishing. Working on consumer and custom magazine products Alison has experience with both broadcast and online magazine extensions. Moving into services marketing with Incolink, Alison developed and oversaw communications to the large member base of construction workers about their financial security, insurance, training, mental health and general wellbeing to create behaviour change. Alison edited and oversaw the redesign of careers booklets, Careers in Construction, Women in Construction and the Incolink Apprentice Handbook.  Alison also acted as the editor and publisher of the industry magazine OnSite.

Alison has experience in social enterprises, non-profits and start-ups. She is passionate about gender equity and fairness, believing that the constraints of traditional gender roles have no place at work.
